The package came in 5 days with a small delay due to shipping. The seller communicated throughout the whole process. I’m a stylist and the hair is great, full and the frontal is pre plucked & it’s true to length. Very soft, and bleached very well. The only thing I didn’t like is the short hairs in the middle of the frontal. Nothing to dramatic. I’ll be purchasing again.
1. What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept paypal?
For security reasons, we only accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa as processed via PayPal method of payment for online orders. Using paypal is secure and safe, no third party can review your card details. we also take western union, moneygram and T/T transfer for wholesale offline orders. 3.can I order items COD(cash on delivery)?
No. We do not allow COD orders.
4. What company you use for shippment ?
We use DHL EXPRESS and Fedex for shippment. Orders are shipped with signature confirmation.
5.Once payment is received how quickly do you ship the product? How long after payment will I receive my shipment?
Upon confirmation of a cleared payment, orders will be processed within 1 workingdays since the order is placed.
US&UKcustomers:

International Customers:

6. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed. And we don’t ship to a P O box address for security reason.
7. Do you offer drop shipping? How does it work?
Yes we offer drop shipping. We can ship product directly to your client with your business information including sender name and contact number. People won’t be able to find your vendor.
