1. What grade is your hair?

We don’t have number grade. Maybe you expect our answer to be 7a, 8a, 9a or 10a hair like other seller but we don’t name like that because those number grade named by seller are all made up, no standard at all. If we have to give a grade name to our hair we should call it virgin grade or remy grade. If you still don't know the truth about hair grade you should really readthis blog about hair grade .

2.What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is unprocessed human hair, No Chemical at all (no permed, no colored, no dyed and no bleached). All the hair pieces are cut and collected from a single young donor (the donor could be Indian, Malaysian, Brazilian, etc), so all the cuticles are the same direction and intact.

3.What is remy hair?
Compare to virgin hair, Remy hair is from more donor but the cuticle is also run in same direction, it’s just not from single donor so the quality is not that pure like virgin hair.

3. What’s the difference between your virgin hair and remy hair? How long does hair typically last?

Virgin Hair is top 1 quality, best quality hair we sell, both virgin hair and remy hair is cuticle aligned hair, the difference is virgin hair's cuticle already run in same direction when it was initially  collected, the remy hair cuticle is not original intact but factory make the hair in such a way as to keep all the hair's cuticles properly aligned in one correction. Usually remy hair can last for 6~12month while virgin hair last for 1~3years with proper care and maintenance.  Virgin Hair is bleached better than remy hair. Virgin hair can be bleached to #613 color while remy hair can only bleached to #27 color. Here is more detail about virgin hair and remy hair difference.

4.How do you source the hair? How is the hair collected？Is the hair cut from a single donor? 

Our hair is specifically cut from a ponytail style hair, donor average age 18~23 years old,  hair cuticles all going 100% in the same direction

5.Is the hair 100% unprocessed? Has the hair been acid bath, bleached, permed or dyed before?

Our virgin hair is 100% unprocessed, made with single donor hair that have never been through any chemical processed like blacehd, permed, dyed. 

6. Is the hair mixed with animal or synthetic hair?
Our hair is pure quality no mixed with any animal or synthetic hair, virgin hair is just virgin hair from single donor, remy hair is multiple donor human hair. 

7.Why does my bundle have strands of gray?

It is normal for virgin hair to have a couple gray strands or natural highlights because the hair is not chemically altered. The hair is directly from a donor's hair and then machine weft.

8.Do you have issues with lice?Have there been any issues with lice in the hair?
Usually we don’t collect raw hair with lice, if it happen to have lice we will thoroughtly wash it with hot water before make it into extensions.

9. What is the weight of your bundles?
Our hair bundles is around 95~100grams which is about 3.5 oz.

10. Is your hair single weft or double weft?
Our hair is double weft with secure weft construction to make sure have no shedding issue.
11. Is your hair full from top to end? Is the hair single drawn or double drawn?

Our hair is just natural fullness from ponytail donor which is single drawn, unlike double drawn hair is from multiple donor so it can only be same length hair strand. 

12.How are the curl patterns created?

We steam processed and apply heat to achieve the hair pattern.
